I couldn't be happier with Aussie BBQ's. My wife and I went there to look for a BBQ as ours had died. The advice and time the team spent with us, explaining everything. They listened to exactly what we wanted. We walked away with a Webber, which we love. It wasn't the most expensive product in the store but with their advice, fitted exactly what we needed.

Ordered some spices and the order was delivered wrong. Full credit to this store in Brisbane they sent the correct order out in 2 days no dramas. I will be happily to order from them again

My experience from the point I made contact with Leon over the telephone to my experience of being in this glorious secluded shop full of BBQ’s Pizza Ovens Fire Places and Pits and more I dare say, was nothing short of mesmerising. Thank you Leon and Matt for all the time you gave for all my many questions your product knowledge was beyond reproach, well done team. I’ll be back, that’s for sure. Best, Simon.

On a trip to Australia from the UK, I looked up BBQ stores near me that I could visit, and after finding Aussie BBQs I messaged them asking about certain items I was after (grillgrates for a Yoder YS640). I received a message from Allan letting me know they were in stock, and that he would hold them for me. I drove up to Brisbane from the Gold Coast and it was well worth the effort. Auusiie bbqs is an Aladdin’s cave of bbq equipment, with more brands of grills and smokers than I think I’ve seen under one roof. Incredible welcome and knowledge from Allan and the staff, and didn’t pressure us into making any purchase at all (we did!) I only wish I had a store like this near time at home in the UK. Loved it

Purchased a Weber Q1200 from these guys with the accessories as a gift and it was such a great experience. Unfortunately the gift could not be utilised due to body corporate laws and when I contacted them, they were super emphatic about the situation and was more than happy to process a full refund of the items I purchased. If anyone is looking to buy a BBQ, I'd highly recommend them for the excellent service ans options they have in store.
